David Madison - CEO & General Counsel
David has nearly two decades of experience across law, technology, cyber, and eDiscovery. In addition to being an attorney with degrees in technology and information systems, he holds several professional certifications, including CISSP, CIPP/US, PMP, and is a certified Relativity Master. He also teaches graduate school part-time, holds the prestigious title of Executive in Residence and Cybersecurity with Central Michigan University. He is passionate about putting people first and firmly believes that #integritymatters.
Nancy Merreot - President & COO
Nancy has more than 24 years in industry across various positions within large law firms and eDiscovery service providers. She began as a network administrator and joined the legal industry supporting various practice groups at Thompson Hine. During and after her tenure there, she assisted with software selection, implementation, training and support for all practice groups.
She took her wealth of experience to the eDiscovery vendor world where she has worked for some of the largest vendors, supporting some of their largest clients, and their largest and most sensitive matters. She worked her way up and has managed and coached numerous eDiscovery professionals across various skill levels.

Aaron Pyle - CIO & Director of Marketing
Aaron has been in the industry since 2008 working for eDiscovery service providers. Over the years he has held multiple positions that helped shape his expansive skill set. His career started off as
a software tester at IPRO, then various positions working at Epiq, and finally his most expansive areas of knowledge working at Oasis.
Over the years, he has assisted in many aspects of processing and review. He has worked on areas of custom development for applications and has an extensive list of software and applications that he has worked with throughout his career.
Aaron enjoys learning new aspects of the industry that he can apply to the implementation and customization of applications and software that can provide speed and efficiency.
